WARRANTY AND RETURNS:
All items purchased from our website are accompanied by a manufacturer warranty which is normally 30 days, unless indicated otherwise. you are responsible to return the damaged item back to us at your expense. You acknowledge any warranty in connection with all products or services offered on our site is solely provided by the manufacturer or supplier of that product. For warranty information and/or assistance, please check the documentation supplied with the product. we would be more than happy to clarify our warranty policy , please email or call any of our associates. ALL PRODUCT OFFERED AT CLEARANCE PRICES IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
WARRANTY ON HOCKEY STICKS:
Hockey sticks come with a 30 day manufacturers warranty and is limited to manufacturers defects in materials or workmanship. if you feel your stick has broken as a result of a manufacturers defect and it is within 30 days of purchase date then it is your responsibility to return the defective product to our office for review. if found defective, we will replace the stick with the same stick or one of equal or similar value on a one-time basis only. this is at our discretion.there is no warranty offered to university/junior/semi pro or pro level players or teams. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON GOALIE STICKS. if your stick was damaged as a result of contact with a skate, stick, boards, goals, bench, another player, etc. the warranty is void and will not be covered.
